An area of absorbing, spellbinding serenity, Great Hollands is a beauty of its own. It lies 2.4 km south-west from the central town.
The medieval-field name of this suburban area reflects the flat land, or perhaps, it got named after the owner. Currently, it holds its status as Bracknell housing state located in between Easthampstead Park and Easthampstead Village. It was built, back in 1967, to make walking around easier for residents and to eliminate the traffic.
But the idea wasn’t successful, and residents, as well as inexperienced drivers, still face difficulties in navigating their way in the area.
