Bracknell Town Football Club is a sports club based in Bracknell, Berkshire. Affiliated to the Berks & Bucks Football Association and nicknamed The Robins, they are currently members of the Isthmian League South Central Division and play their home matches at Larges Lane.
Bracknell Town F.C. has a history dating back over 120 years and has traditionally played between the pyramid’s steps 4 & 5. Bracknell’s Larges Lane ground has had a considerable transformation in recent years and now boasts an impressive artificial surface. Get stoked for the game!
Location & Directions
The Bracknell Town F.C. lies in the middle of Bracknell, opposite the Bracknell train station. The nearest bus routes are either from the central bus station, across from the ground or a stop outside South Hill Park.
There are regular buses into London Waterloo and Reading on frequent services. It’s also easy to get here by car: leave M25 at Junction 12, take the A322 towards Maidenhead and Farnborough. Continue on the A329 for about a mile until you see Bracknell Fire Station on your left. Turn right onto Larges Lane, where they’re directly opposite – it’s just before the roundabout at the junction of B340.

The Bracknell Town F.C. are an English football club that plays in the Isthmian League.
- The club was champions of Division Three (now known as National League South) of the Isthmian Football league during the 1993–94 season, their most recent title.
- They also won The Spartan League Premier Division championship in 1982–83 and The Senior Division championship in 1980–81.
- Bracknell Town F.C. won the League Cup three times in 1974-75, 1981-82 and 1982-83.
- Their biggest triumph to date is winning the Surrey Senior League Championship during the 1969-70 season. The club has won five trophies since 1968, including one Isthmian in 1932-33.
Before moving to Station Field, the Bracknell Town Football Club originally began playing on a field near the Downshire Arms. They moved to Larges Lane in 1933, where the pitch featured a significant slope for 20 years of use.
In 2016, they installed a three-g football pitch. A single-storey building housing hospitality facilities and changing rooms situated at a 90-degree angle opposite The Town End erected on the other side. They declared that the end’s original brick structure unsafe for use following a ground inspection by council officials.

It will have a bespoke range of Bracknell Town FC-branded items, including footballs and training equipment. Full credit card facilities are available in the Club Shop for those wanting to purchase something on impulse or as a gift.
Season tickets for football lovers are available on a match-by-match basis and are available in advance up to one hour thirty minutes before kick-off on the day. Matchday tickets purchased at the gate will incur an additional £2.00 surcharge.

There are limited parking spaces on the ground on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early to purchase your car park space from one of the volunteers before kick-off to avoid disappointment. Parking is only for club members and players/matchday officials with access badges. There is also a public car park located at Braccan Walk that is just a short walk from the ground.
