Go Ape Bracknell resides in the LookOut, Nine Mile Ride, Bracknell. As the destination owns a rural nature, it’s advisable to check the route before starting your journey and refer to a map.
- By car: Come off the M40 at junction 11 from the north and head on towards Reading (A329). Take the exit for Tesco’s & carry straight on until reaching a roundabout. Take A322 through Bracknell and follow the tourist attraction signs for The LookOut Discovery Centre and reach Coral Reef’s opposite.
- By Train: There is a direct railway service from London Waterloo, operated by Southwest Trains.
- Bus Station: The Bracknell bus station is opposite the train station. Please mention your intended destination to the bus driver, and it will drop you near a sign-posted walkway. It is around 15 minutes from the bus stop to The Look Out.
Things To Know Before Planning Your Trip
Visitors must wear sensible clothes and bring gloves and sturdy footwear for outdoor use. There are no sandals or flexible shoes permitted on any Go Ape tour due to health and safety regulations. All participants must be aged 16 or older.
There is a weight limit of 18 stone (108kg) on Go Ape courses. You can bring your pet dog, but you must keep them on a leash at all times. The Swinley Forest bike trails are close to those who wish to practice their biking skills before or after the tour. Please bring your bikes, or rent them from the local store and head down in style!

With a 160-metre Alpine zip wire, and the option to climb up it with your speed or tackle it at a slower pace, there’s something for all thrill seekers on this blood-pumping high ropes course.
Track down the intricate crossings and wobbly bridges ideal for a family with kids or those who’d prefer a slower walk through the treetops.
Take on this one-hour trek and test out the Tarzan Swing, Pendulum Passes, and Fuji Crossing along with it to conquer your fears.
Treetop Adventure Plus
Treetop Adventure Plus offers an incredible extreme canopy tour through the magnificent ancient oak trees. Zip through the trees on a one-kilometre long wire; we dare you to catch your breath!
The course offers up to ten wobbly crossings suspended 12 metres above the ground, so even young daredevils will love it!
Young adventurers can traverse through treetops on bridges and walls, including Prisoners Bridge and Climbing Wall, before finishing off with a zip wire ride back down to earth for more treetop fun in just one hour.
There’s a lot more to see in Swinley than just the thousands of trees, which is why Go Ape has launched an exclusive Segway trail. Jump aboard one of the all-terrain Segways and explore Swinley Forest in two-wheel style – the perfect way to see the park from a fresh viewpoint.
The latest Segway experience will have you weaving in and out of tree roots, dipping into streams and gliding over wildflower meadows.
